Cryos Spray as a first intervention to relieve soft tissue injuries (bruises, sprains, swelling), thanks to the calming effect that the cold exerts on the affected area.

Spray with the sprayer on the affected part (and not on the clothing that covers it) from a distance of 20 cm, with rotating movements for about 5 seconds. Cease application when a fine dust appears. Repeat the operation two or three times. Treatment can be continued with cold packs.

The cooling effect starts immediately and lasts approximately 15 minutes.

It is also useful for first aid in minor burns.
