Automated Intranasal Mucosal Nebulizer
The Intersurgical DART intranasal nebulizer provides painless and safe medication administration through the nose. Simply draw the desired amount of medication into the syringe and press the soft, conical plug against the nostril. The plug seals the nostril, preventing the liquid from escaping.
The medication is released as a fine mist from the syringe opening and deposited as a thin solution onto the nasal mucosa, rapidly penetrating the bloodstream and bypassing first-pass metabolism. The intranasal nebulizer allows for precise dosing, is titratable, and can spray from any position. The nebulizer is available with or without a syringe, depending on your preference.
Use syringes with a Luer lock to prevent the syringe from coming loose during injection.
