Nylon aragó suture
Absorbable synthetic suture, braided and coated. Reabsorption by hydrolysis. It degrades in the organism and it is not necessary to remove the stitches. Maintains tensile strength for 7 days.
Structure: Absorbable synthetic suture, braided and coated.
Composition and characteristics: Polyglycolic Acid (PGA) in order to guarantee a perfect sliding through the tissues and a comfortable manipulation, the braided thread has been coated with a mixture composed of calcium stearate, sucrose fatty acid ester and polylactocaprolactone.
Colour: Colourless.
Tissue reaction: Minimal.
Tensile strength: Shelf life 5-7 days.
Characteristics: Degrades in the body, no stitches need to be removed.
Sterilisation: Gamma rays.
Applications: Skin closure, episiotomies, oral mucosa closure, phimosis, etc.
